Everything you create in Visuel is stored on your device and in your iCloud. Apple provides the sync.
If something goes wrong in the app, it sends a short technical report so the problem can be fixed. The report holds technical details only, never your notes or tasks. It is stored encrypted with Apple and kept only until the problem is fixed. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Camera, photos, calendar and alarms work on the device only.
You can ask what data exists about you, have it corrected, deleted or handed over, object to its use, and complain to a data protection authority. The address above is the place for that.
