These terms apply to the Visuel app for iPhone.
The license to use Visuel is Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Everything you create belongs to you. It is stored on your device and in your iCloud, and Visuel claims no rights to it. Keeping iCloud switched on is your backup.
Use the app as intended and within the law. Do not copy, modify, or resell it.
The app is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, except for intent and gross negligence.
Austrian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
